Picture Post For The Boy

This is what President’s Day, a.k.a. NO SCHOOL, looked like for us….except for the sad fact that I took zero pictures of the Eldest and the Youngest. They were involved and a part of the day. I promise. I just pulled out the Nikon Baby after Baby Girl left for a birthday party and while The Little Muffin was napping.
Had I even thought of grabbing the camera before noon…weeellll, let’s just say that there were zero zilch nada moments that I really wanted to capture. Unless, of course, you count the toast crumbs scattered across the island, me in all of my pajama-clad glory, the disastrous state of the house, the unmade beds, yadda yadda. And, just because I did pull out the camera in the afternoon, please don’t take me wrong. It was still the pj glory behind the camera, and, by then, those toast crumbs found their way to the floor. However, this glorious afternoon light came streaming through the windows and made the mess beautiful.
I couldn’t resist this face.
She couldn’t resist this one.
Piepie set up rest time with the puppy. She even got his own, tiny pillow and his blanket. Yes, those are Mocha’s very own. I know, right?!
She’s teaching Mocha about addition and counting. ![]()
They are best pals.
More Speed Stacks. Is this the rage anywhere else?? It was/is the rage at our school. My Mom would say “google it on you tube”. (Hey, give her a break. She has a Facebook account and texts.) There are some amazing records being set by some talented kids.
Amazing, I tell ya.
Look at the concentration of That Foot!
SCORE!!!!
*sigh* 3 Year Olds….they get ya e.v.e.r.y.time. Seriously. How much intense love and intense exasperation can you really take in the same.sin.gle.mo.ment.???
“…..gotta couple dents in my fender….gotta couple rips in my jeans…..”
True dat.
Two STARVING girls after gymnastics and showers.
Subs and Sun Chips for dinner.

Looks like a good, fun afternoon for girls and Mom! Well, mostly for the girls...since the games of choice were Memory and "Super Stacks." Which, by the way, I have never heard of, but may just have to Google now! ;-)
Loved the pics of your everyday life, girlfriend!
What a fun afternoon! Your girls look so happy!
where's the mom?
